Barre Empowered Certification led by Erin & Stephanie will provide you with a ton of information, support, and inspiration to become a great Barre Instructor or to further your own practice!

You’ll learn EVERYTHING you need to teach a badass class including: choreography, alignment, cues, playlist and class structure, rhythm, modifications, teaching techniques and more!!

PLUS you'll get lots of one-on-one support to make sure you feel totally ready to conquer classes and teach like a rockstar!

Our goal is that by the end you are confident, empowered, and stronger than ever to both take classes

AND teach Barre Classes at CTS and/or other studios!!

The program costs $500 (can be broken into 2-4 payments)
