We are Connected through Strength - a mindful fitness studio dedicated to personal training, fitness classes, nutrition coaching, and wellness services!
We offer both in-person and virtual options to connect with us - including:

We are not only dedicated to inspiring and motivating - that only goes so far - we are even more so, dedicated to our members and clients, helping them stay committed to their self-care, health, wellness, and goals both in and out of our studio.

107 Savin Hill Ave Boston, MA 02125.
We are conveniently located steps away from the Savin Hill T-stop and a short walk from the JFK/Umass T-stop. Although many of our members live within walking distance - there is ample street parking all around us!
Our studio is welcoming, friendly and motivating right when you walk in! Our high ceilings are even painted a sky blue to encourage a sense of calm and expansion upon entering!
