Our Story & Two Unique Spaces
Erin, Steph, and Kenny opened Connected Through Strength five years ago with one goal: to help people feel stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our mission has always been to do this through community and movement.
As our community grew, it became clear that strength takes many forms. Sometimes it’s a heavy lift. Sometimes it’s a deep breath. To honor both sides of wellness and to give our students and clients more opportunities to move with us, we created “the New Studio by CTS”. Our goal is to offer two complementary spaces that you can truly call home!

Connected Through Strength
The original CTS studio is built around resistance training, conditioning, and small-group workouts. Think heavy weights, indoor cycling, TRX, BOSU, HIIT training and more! This is where we get loud and push our limits. This space was built for getting sweaty, doing hard things, and feeling genuinely supported every step of the way. It’s the heart of our Personal & Small Group Training Sessions and High Intensity Classes. Check out our full class schedule to see what’s happening this week!

Parking: Easy street parking is always available on Savin Hill Ave and surrounding side streets!

The New Studio By CTS
This space offers a softer, more intentional environment and is just a five-minute walk from our original studio, making it the perfect complement to round out your workout routine. With Yoga, Barre, Meditation, and Restorative classes, it supports grounding, replenishment, and mental clarity—the aspects of strength that come from slowing down. Check our schedule to reserve your spot!
Address: 5 Savin Hill Ave. (a very short walk from the Savin Hill Red Line stop)
Parking: Plenty of street parking available on Savin Hill Ave, Pleasant Street and surrounding side streets.
