Join Erin Madore for a life-changing experience and journey where over the course of 200 hours you learn all of the essentials to become an incredible Certified Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance Approved).

Erin has been dreaming about and creating this program for over ten years and is beyond excited to bring it to the CTS Community and Boston! 

​

Program begins August 23 and ends December 15th, and includes everything you need to know and learn to lead safe, smart, creative and welcoming Yoga Classes to students of all levels! You'll also become more confident and connected to your Self. This is going to be an amazing opportunity to grow and create a new career.

11 Weekends including:

Fridays 6:30 - 9 pm

Saturdays 2-9 pm

Sundays 2-9 pm

*Two weekends are different: Columbus Day & Veterans we’ll meet Saturday & Sunday 2-9 pm and

Monday 9-4 pm

What You Can Expect:
  • Small YTT group of only 8 people = this means more one on one focus and support!

  • 190 hours together in the YTT group = 11 weekends chock full of information, wisdom, practicing, learning and growing

  • 3 one-on-one Mentorship sessions with Erin

  • 10 classes taken between August - December at CTS 

  • A comprehensive guide book that provides ALL the info you need so you always have it!

  • Classes and access to 6 Guest Lead Yoga Teachers that are some of the very best in the area = network, connect, learn different styles from people that are known in the industry

  • Graduation Class at a special location open to friends/family

What will be Included: 

Understanding Yoga: philosophy, history, meaning, yamas and niyamas, lineage, style, methodology, key ideas such as the Vedas, Vedanta, Hatha, Colonial, Modern , familiarity w/ major yogic texts, Yoga Sutras, ethical precepts, Relationship to Yoga Alliance Ethical Commitment including Scope of Practice, Code of Conduct, and Equity Position Statement, Self-reflection on how yoga ethics relate to practice and teaching

Techniques & Training: asanas (poses), sequencing, anatomical and alignment principles, Pranayama & Subtle Body, meditation methods and practices, chanting, mantras, mudras, chakras and more

Anatomy & Physiology: understanding of the human body (muscles, bones, joints), physiology, respiratory system, cardiovascular system, endocrine, digestive systems as they relate to yoga practice, safe movement as it pertains to balancing, stretching, awareness, physical limitations, contraindictions, misalignments, modifications, and mind-body connection

Professional Essentials: teaching methodology, sequencing, pace, environment cueing, music, class management, professional development, marketing, promotion, insurance, waivers, invoicing

Early Bird Special $3,300 by 7/1

Regular price $3,500 due by 8/1

Supported Rate: $3,000*

 

*Supported rate is available for those that need extra help to be able to join this teacher training.

We also offer a payment plans for all of these options starting in June/July and must be paid in full by end of program in December.
